Ultimately it is best to talk through each event to get the best answer customized for your event, but just to give you a sense of how many appetizers you might need for your cocktail party here is a ballpark range.
- For a cocktail hour that is less than an hour 1-2 appetizers are sufficient.
- For cocktail parties that exceed an hour, 3-4 appetizers are recommended.
- If you want to swap out a meal and only provide appetizers, we recommend 6-8.
